What is Cups & Courage
What began as a podcast has grown into a community space, media platform and support network - built around honest conversation and human connection.
Stories
Filmed conversations, lived experience and honest discussion around every aspect of breast cancer - produced with warmth and care.
Gatherings
Coffee mornings, events and informal meet-ups where people can connect, share and simply be together.
Learning
Talks, workshops and educational sessions rooted in real experience - in a space that feels human.
Who's it for?
Cups & Courage is for anyone affected by breast cancer - whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, living after treatment, supporting someone you love, or working in healthcare and looking to better understand lived experience. You don't need to be ready to talk. You just need to know you're welcome.
Why it matters
Breast cancer can be isolating. Many people struggle with the emotional, physical and social impact long after diagnosis or treatment ends. Cups & Courage creates welcoming spaces - in person in Chesham and online - where people can share, listen, learn and reconnect. Not just during treatment. For as long as they need.
Support the Work
Everything we do - events, content, community - is kept free and accessible. If you'd like to help us keep it that way, there are lots of ways to get involved.
